After reporting some minor issues with the functionality of our Lexmark printer, SumnerOne had a tech out. He arrived in under 2 hours, which was an excellent response time. This printer is the lifeblood of our business and we absolutely NEED it to do business.
Their tech was Steven Clark and he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He started working immediately to resolve our issues. He took time to explain everything-in a relatable fashion and made sure I understood what was done.
