too busy in here students too many. Some staff fine, some staff is rude, barrier of language anglo-italia.

One star is generous, words fail to describe how awful the service is in this place. I go in clean shaven and by the time the clueless staff have found my order (the one ordered days previously may i add) then pottered around finding paperwork for it, I come out of there with a beard like Father Christmas. Totally pointless ordering in advance as you end up spending 15 to 20 minutes in there anyway. The whole point of ordering before visiting is so I can literally walk in and pay and walk out with my items, it doesn't work like this here. I'm thinking of setting up my bench in here so I can work whilst I wait. Staff seem to be all school leavers who don't know the trade.

Hit and miss but I have to use as they have massive amounts of tools and some that can't be purchased elsewhere I just wished the service was quicker in the shop.

Also they have lots of jewellery boxes which i will start purchasing from here, the polite blonde lady had a lovely box which i was impressed with and will definitely be back for.

Hand santiser is very watery and squirts everywhere like my mrs. My chinos were covered in the stuff and i walked out of there looking like my catheter had detached.

Actually, I'd give it zero stars. I will never buy here again. Today I placed the order a month ago and the money has not arrived or been refunded and the tracking indicates that the order has been returned from UK customs to Cookson's facilities.

I placed a order for two earnings with birth stones for my granddaughters, but one was the wrong one they sent, by mistake.
No problems they changed it ,no fuss in fact they went out of there way to help ,
My recommendation to others new customers you cant get better service
