Very rude customer service. Only 17 seconds into the call and I had to stop the call and hang up because the lady was extremely rude and snoody from the second she answered. I want nothing to do with a company who hires staff members like this. I want to know that they only hire the best and that the person they are sending to my home is nothing like this.

After initial contact, I moved half my respite hours to Odyssey. I called to get respite set up and have left messages. No return calls. Thanks but no thanks.

What can I say about Odyssey services the people there are awesome

Loving people who really care for those disabled from birth. They try to help each client attain their goals and live a quality-filled life. I highly recommend this agency.

The office ethics are professional and I would highly recommend them. With a person of disabilities (s), They have helped me greatly.

I was referred to Odyssey by DDD. They worked with a family member with special needs. Very poor customer service. They did little to nothing. With helping family member with job placement. Do not use this company for job placement needs. A complete rip off in my opinion.
