One star is generous, words fail to describe how awful the service is in this place. I go in clean shaven and by the time the clueless staff have found my order (the one ordered days previously may i add) then pottered around finding paperwork for it, I come out of there with a beard like Father Christmas. Totally pointless ordering in advance as you end up spending 15 to 20 minutes in there anyway. The whole point of ordering before visiting is so I can literally walk in and pay and walk out with my items, it doesn't work like this here. I'm thinking of setting up my bench in here so I can work whilst I wait. Staff seem to be all school leavers who don't know the trade.
