MRH Enterprises and especially Josh have been a pleasure to work with. They are prompt in response time to any issue presented and have always been courteous and knowledgeable in assisting me with any issues I have had. Josh is familiar with our many bi-laws and guides us in the best direction for our association. He visits the property frequently and takes care of all the small repairs we take for granted. (i.e.- lights out, signs down, dumpster doors broken, only to name a few.) He is always available and has even answered my calls when he has been home ill. They provide us with a state of the art community web site where we can find anything we need pertaining to our development and recently added a most convenient auto pay. Kudos to MRH and Josh for their excellent work as property management. We are in good hands!!!!

MRH has been on site for 1.5 years. Josh does his best to communicate the Association requests and complaints to the board. He is always professional and knowledgeable. Personally, I have always been very satisfied with MRH as our nanagement company.

The previous posts are accurate, even if the canned response from MRH states otherwise. They are a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company that will do anything they can to NOT manage their properties. I will be reaching out to my board members to ask them to consider an alternate property management company. If you ask them for assistance of any sort, you will get a generic 'not the responsibility of the association' response or an outright lie. If a development is considering MRH to manage their community, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Even the responses to the other posts are lazy. You've been warned!

I have to say that I was a little taken back by these reviews. MRH has gone above and beyond for all of my requests as well as my neighbors. I have never had a communication issue with them and would highly recommend them to any association.

MRH has been the property management company for my HOA for nearly 6 years. I am an HOA board member, and Josh has been good in communicating with the board, providing recommendations, expertise, and updates as needed. Property management is not easy - kudos to Josh and MRH for doing a great job!

I have worked with Josh and MRH for several years as a Board Member and current President of our Condominium Association. Josh has been very responsive and always seems to be available to address any issue. Josh has proved to be a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting the Board. There has also been significant effort to communicate with the Board and Unit Owners. We are very happy with Josh and MRH.

As a board member of a property managed by MRH Enterprise, I can think of no complaints about their service. Prompt replies, good advice.

MRH has been managing our property for almost 10 years and we have a great working relationship with them. As with any other company we have our bumps in the road, but they always strive to provide excellent service. They are very responsive to homeowner issues and are in constant communication with the board. They handle all of our contract bidding for us and perform project management services to see any special projects through. Over the years the have provided us with numerous cost savings through this process. I would definitely recommend them to manage your property.

MRH is staffed with professionals, a family owned and operated management firm with caring individuals who believe in providing customer satisfaction, caring service to their customers. Josh, for one, selflessly attends our board meetings and offers recommendations from his accrued knowledge from years of experience. He's not forceful, just helpful as we take his ideas along with ours to make decisions. MRH works well with us and we are pleased to have them.

These people are the absolute worst. They have no care in the world that someone is living with water leaking in their home, causing mold, and illness. I would never rent/buy from these people if it was the last place in business. I suggest everyone else takes this into consideration when thinking of getting your home.

They never answer the phone and will take days to call you back. The only way to get a call back is to leave a message stating how many times you ve called. Don t hire them for property management they like to make up the rules as they go.

Josh manages our association. I find him to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's not easy pleasing a large group of people and he does an excellent job trying his best to be fair as well as following the bylaws.

JOSHUA HARDEN and the team at MRH do an exemplary job of managing our condo community and keeping it in good repair. Their relationship with our Broard is progressive and productive.

Joshua takes communications very seriously.
He promptly responds to each of our emails with
efficiency, clarity, and honesty.
Our emails are typically answered within the hour, or always before the end of the work day. This includes weekends as well!

MRH is a serious service and problem solving organization; communications are personable and always with professional finesse. MRH s sensitivity and patience with older clients is especially noteworthy

Joshua strives to find the best vendors for the best price to make repairs and do maintenance. He is sensitive to our community budget and works tirelessly to both keep us informed and and to proactively give us perspective on long range needs.

It is with the utmost respect and appreciation that I write this review. Not only do the services of MRH impart a feeling of genuine care to our community, but enhance and maintain our quality of life.

They think it is ok to leave a whole development without water for 3-4 days. They claim that the part is not available. Funny how anybody else can have things shipped overnight and I'm guessing no one decided to call around for the part. I guess emergency situations are not a priority. I'm sure everyone here loves the fact that they have to spend more money on drinking water, can't flush toilets, can't cook in their own homes and have to find other ways to take a shower. Age ranges in the development are 1 to elderly. If it were up to me they would not get paid this month since they can't fix a problem.

MRH has been our property management company since 2014. After some initial problems that have been resolved, we have an excellent working relationship. Problems are resolved on a daily basis to the satisfaction of residents.
