Conserva Irrigation

Conserva came out today to winterize my irrigation system and Sean did a great job. Very professional plus he has a tenacious beard. A+ company.

We had an issue with our new system installation from last fall and AK Irrigation / Conserva came out this spring to make it right and do the spring turn on service as well. I am very happy with the professional and friendly nature of the service tech. He was very knowledgeable and courteous with my questions and did a fantastic job assuring the system was operating as it should before he left. There was no pressure for add-on services or charges. Any deficiencies he found, whether caused by them (really just the one from last year) or by changes made to our lawn and landscaping, all were corrected without question or hesitation. I highly recommend the team from Conserva/AK Irrigation.

It is super handy to pre-pay for the season and not need to worry about finding someone to come out to winterize. Two quick text messages today to set up a time, and Tyler was at our house after I got home from work to put our system to bed for the season. Tyler is my tech. He's always very thorough and pointed out many issues with sprinkler heads that my previous company just overlooked every season. Pricing is pretty reasonable for the basic needs everyone has with an irrigation system, such as start up, back flow test and winterization.

Eric did closed up our irrigation for the year. With every sprinkler head carefully check, we know the system is safe for the winter. We look forward to seeing Eric in the spring! Thanks Eric!

Rick came out to my home and was extremely helpful. My system had several issues and he was patient, professional, and extremely friendly. They are very up front on their pricing and based on calling around they are reasonable. Also, they take the time to make sure the system is running properly. He went to each head to make sure it was spraying accurately. He took the time to program the system and gave me feedback on watering duration, time to water, etc. He left prior to finishing because he had to be to another appointment. I respect that and had no problem with it. I had several cut wires from my landscapers edging job so the job took longer than anticipated. I look forward to working with them on a annual basis. I am sure the other techs are great but if you get Rick you will be happy.

I've used Conserva Irrigation for years. Tyler has been our technician several times. He always shows up on time and can easily explain everything that he's doing. He's straightforward, efficient, and will let you know when there's an issue (but won't create one for more money). Thanks Tyler!

The irrigation installers were excellent. My only issue was the company took 4 weeks to forward the backflow paperwork that the water dept. needed to schedule an inspection and they did not seal the hole drilled into my basement resulting in bees finding their way in. Other than that, great experience and would recommend.

Always do a great job- technicians are very knowledgeable regardless of who they send. Eric did a great job for our yearly winterization.

Aaron from Conserva came today to perform winterization for our irrigation system. He was very knowledgeable and precise in his services, and had a few good suggestions to save money on my water bill.

We have used Conserva Irrigation turn on / turn off service for our irrigation system for a few years. Tyler, the technician, noticed a leak by our inside deduct meter and took care of that by tightening whatever was loose. Two years later it's still leak free.

They did not perform the backflow test on time this year because several of their technicians qualified for that work left. That the test was late didn't bother me as much as not keeping us informed or return repeated calls. We will use another company in the future for the back flow test.

Josh always does a phenomenal job, and I trust him explicitly with our system.

Tyler has been coming to our home for a few years to maintain the system. He's always very professional, provides advise on our system, and responds to any issues. He closed down our system for the year today, and it was done quickly. He pointed out a leak we need to address in the spring, and made note of it so the repair is done before we start. We're very happy with the services!

Horrible service! I scheduled 2 separate dates during which they were supposed to come out to do winterization of my system and they never showed. I took time off of work to be available on both dates and waited for them to show, when they did not. When I called to reschedule a time, they refused to accommodate me at my preferred time or work around MY work schedule. Needless to say, I've canceled my yearly contract with them only 5 months into the contract. Unprofessional and worthless.

I was about to get almost 400$ bill if i wasnt smart enough to reserch my self before letting them work on my backflow witch cost me 6$ to fix it..yes 6$ for simple gasket witch was super easy to replace..

Andy was great! He arrived on time and even text to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and friendly. He winterized our irrigation and did the back flow test very quickly. Within minutes of his leaving I received the invoice and was able to pay it online quickly. Couldn't have been easier!

The company was very busy this spring, so was unable to reserve an appointment to resolve our electrical problem with our irrigation system, which caused us a lot of concern due to the extreme heat. That said, once they did arrive to correct the problem, the technicians worked hard to resolve the issue. Fortunately, our system was up and running that day.
