I've used Community Glass & Mirror for lots of projects. They have always been straight-forward and honest. Their work is great I've never had any complaints.

Bob installed a glass rail that separated one floor from another. I took his suggestion on choice of design and material.

Waited 3 months and then got told that because a change of ownership the warranty is void. Even though the window broke right after they installed it. They should have from the start said it was not going to be covered! I've wasted 3 months on this company. What a terrible company unprofessional

Called for an estimate to replace a window glass, guy showed up to measure the next day, May 28th. So far, so good. Guy said I would get the price in a day or two. A week later, no contact. I followed up on June 4th and still no contact to this day. I phoned a different company and got the glass replaced.

The best of service and customer satisfaction. We have had two showers refurbished by them and each time the attitude of service has been exceptional.

Thank you, Steffani and Bob, for being so responsive so very early in the morning when we discovered our window had been broken. Your efforts, professionalism, and getting it all done the same day have been the silver lining in a challenging circumstance. We have returned and also referred others (including today).
