Hotel Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur Review

A quick staycation in KL during weekday! Lesser crowd and more peaceful moment. My accommodation comes with complimentary breakfast and dinner for 2 pax.
I was happy to be here for a night.

Visit this place for company event. Not for hotel stay. Everything are well prepared, well organized, and well display. Every smoothing deco, stress free environment. Excellent customer service at door step.
Just by their customer service, this place already deserve 5 star Well done Ritz, even during this difficult time the hotel everything is in place.

Restaurants are closed during mco, but you can still order room service. parking charged at flat rate rm12 per day. check in process was smooth, only few minutes but they will charge your credit card for the security deposit.

Booked at the JW Marriott, was "upgraded" to this. It was fine. Room is big and clean. No major complaints. Only issue is difficulty accessing Bukit Bintang due to the construction and renovation works. It is noisy during the day thanks to another high-rise under construction. Breakfast was limited due to the pandemic. Not a fair time to evaluate.

My initial plan was to stay at JW Marriott but the hotel has offered to upgrade me to the Ritz because the renovation works are still ongoing.
Since the prices at Ritz is quite a jump from my original booking, I decided to not cancel my reservation and give them a try instead.

The interior of the room is lackluster comparing to the hotel s public spaces but at least the customer service provided was true to it s reputation I ve made a complaint to the reception regarding the murky water in the bathroom, and the hotel staff have prepared and transferred me to another room within 5 minutes after I hung up the phone.

Overall my 3D2N stay with Ritz was pleasant, but I don t feel eager to come back so soon as I personally find this hotel only worth as much as the promotional price I ve paid for. I actually cancelled my second booking with them (which was made on the same day for this stay) and went back to Grand Hyatt as I find the hotel to be tired looking which has compromised on providing the upmost luxurious experience The Ritz-Carlton is well known for.

We had an amazing experience here. Great hospitality, friendly staff and such a luxurious experience. Will definitely come back.

Love staying here. Room is spacious and comfortable. Convenient to pop by to the malls such as lot 10, pavilion, star hill and Fahrenheit 88. The Chinese restaurant here serves nice desserts. Room service is on the high end side but delish.

The food is nice... Middle east theme for the ramadhan buffe . The restaurant has a pleasant ambience...

Easily Top 3 best hotel I ever stayed in Kuala Lumpur. It feels so intimate, superbly classy and very romantic. Great package on their website too! Check it out, guys!

I tried their iftah buffet. Sadly it was an embarrassment to the Ritz Carlton name. The restaurant was freezing cold and the food followed the same sentiment. Cold and bland. The selection was very limited and tasteless.
Don t waste your evening here.
