It all had to do with the realtor we had Tammy Waraksa. She was very professional and took a personal interest in us and our goals. She let no grass so to speak grow under her feet. She had potential Buyers coming within the same week we put our place on the market. And had offers on the table. We put our trust in her expertise in walking us through the process of selling we were not disappointed. She was very informative and kept us in the loop at all times. We would highly recommend her and would have her as our realtor again weather in buying or selling. Thank you again Tammy Waraksa.

I would suggest that if you are ever in the market to sell or buy, NEVER use this place. I am a seller of a house and my realitor Joan Matthews had me do a lot of my own work. When it came to questions I had about closing dates Joan would have me contact the title company instead of her calling and contacting them. I had question about why closing was moved for the second time and she had me call Scott Eslund from Inlanta Mortgage Inc instead or her doing so. These two companies are co-located in the same building and it seems they never talk. A lot people might default to this mortgage company, but FOR YOUR OWN GOOD find a different mortgage company. I was really tempted not to sign the second addendum just on the principal's alone and how I was treated. To save yourself the headaches in the future it is my opinion that you find a different Realtor Company and Mortgage Company

We worked with Austin Solomon from Coldwell Banker Action for almost a year before closing on our home. Before him we worked with a few other realtors. Throughout the entire process Austin was very easy to get ahold of and if we saw a home we wanted to see he was able to get us in quickly. He has a great personality and was very patient with us through several offers. We had specific things in mind while looking for a home and he was sure to show us homes that would fit our needs.
