It all had to do with the realtor we had Tammy Waraksa. She was very professional and took a personal interest in us and our goals. She let no grass so to speak grow under her feet. She had potential Buyers coming within the same week we put our place on the market. And had offers on the table. We put our trust in her expertise in walking us through the process of selling we were not disappointed. She was very informative and kept us in the loop at all times.
