I would suggest that if you are ever in the market to sell or buy, NEVER use this place. I am a seller of a house and my realitor Joan Matthews had me do a lot of my own work. When it came to questions I had about closing dates Joan would have me contact the title company instead of her calling and contacting them. I had question about why closing was moved for the second time and she had me call Scott Eslund from Inlanta Mortgage Inc instead or her doing so. These two companies are co-located in the same building and it seems they never talk. A lot people might default to this mortgage company, but FOR YOUR OWN GOOD find a different mortgage company. I was really tempted not to sign the second addendum just on the principal's alone and how I was treated. To save yourself the headaches in the future it is my opinion that you find a different Realtor Company and Mortgage Company
