Never again. Leasehold scandal rip-off at its worst with this company. Steer well clear or get trapped in your worst possible nightmare! You have been warned.

This company is a subbie bashing organisation. They will use every opportunity not to pay subcontractors

Developments look nice, but the customer service is unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive.



Fast forward to August 2019 and I have still not received an update. I follow up with City and Country to learn that the reason I am not using my spaces is that they ve now been lent to another tenant, who since they might be on holiday, will need a few weeks to clear them and get them back. It is now 3 months later (November 2019) and I have heard nothing further on the matter.

Typically I m not one to complain but feel it is a shame and a surprise that a company that with such a prestigious image can deal with a basic issue in such an unprofessional manner. Having spoken with other property owners I know my experience is not an isolated one. All prospective purchases should be under no illusion when purchasing their property through City and Country.

A great place to buy your new home. The properties are well designed and spacious. They have a charm about them that you can't get from a new build house. City and Country have a sensitive eye for detail and know how to restore a property to its former glory and repurpose it without losing its character.
