Good hotel, comfortable conference room, good restaurant

Room for 70 way too small! A joke. Breakfast well. There was steak for lunch. Tough. Shower door jammed. Not really worth it.

There are more expensive hotels and there are cheaper hotels., and Chichikov is one of those comfortably middle of the road hotels that make exploring Kharkiv so much easier. I find this place such a comfortable and reliable hotel with many things that make for a great stay. There's the reliable car service that waits for you at the airport with a sign, allowing you to confidently pass by the taxi touts. There's the small but reliable breakfast buffet in the morning with great wifi reception for catching up on the news or work emails.

As for the rooms, yes, they are of a small and simple nature, but the bathrooms and rooms have been consistently clean on multiple stays. While an English channel would be a nice addition, there's little reason to stay in the room when Ukraine's second biggest city waits to be explored and experienced.

Even if you are not a fan of Gogol, it's hard to pass up such a comfortable and clean hotel in Ukraine.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. We were lucky! Clean room and very kind staff. Most of them can speak English and the location was perfect for us as tourists where alots of attractions are near by.Sure we will visit again in spring and will recommend our friends as well.

A beautiful, very Soviet and pleasant hotel. The bathroom was large enough, but a few details need to be reviewed (fixings removed, pipes a little clogged).

The breakfast is nice and offers a wide choice of food, no pastries but a few cupcakes.

Clean and good service when you re within the hotel, but when I was leaving nobody helped me out with my suitcases so I had to carry them down the stairs. That left a bad last impression despite everything being good previously.

Delicious breakfasts are not uniform. Friendly staff. We do not stop for the first time, always satisfied. There is parking. Near the center. Clean rooms, daily housekeeping, also replenish the minibar. Room service, bar is open in the lobby. There are elevators. The hotel you want to stay in.

I've stayed in this hotel 23 time. Enough said. Only thing I would warn you is that the small room is really small - so pay little more and get a larger room.

The rooms are nice and the rate is reasonable. Situated close to city center. Their wifi works well and their restaurant food quality is quite good. However, the taxi service the hotel uses is expensive. You be better off using Uber. Also no iron and ironing board in the room.

If you are looking for a conference room for presentations of your product, then here is the most suitable place. Friendly managers. Excellent restaurant on the first floor.

Nice staff, cozy rooms (although the view from the window is not great), good breakfasts - delicious and varied.
There is even a book about Chichikov to delve deeper into the atmosphere of the institution.
You can't take the elevator to the restaurant on the 2nd floor, just walk from the first floor.
In general, the institution makes a good impression, so I recommend it.
Bonus next to the hotel is a theater!

A very friendly and professional welcome in the middle of the night. Free guarded parking with a very friendly caretaker. A perfectly clean and disinfected room of high quality, silent and efficient air conditioning, excellent bedding, total silence, a perfect night's sleep. A beautiful view Breakfast is ideal with impeccable service. In short, well-deserved 5 stars and a big thank you for this restful night.
