My grandfather second time here and still the elevator doesn t work! He is handicap and will be missing his appointment for the second time already! You guys have to seriously fix this problem before someone else does a very bad complaint.

Amazing nonprofit helping veterans and individuals recently incarcerated. Very effective at staffing and training.

Great place to navigate through all of the available non-profit organizations to obtain employment and housing. Especially beneficial to military and ex-convicts.

This is a great place to start if you are recently released from county, state, or federal prison. Impact Services is a re-entry service designed to help these individuals re-enter society by providing guidance in obtaining employment and housing.

Very helpful and informative place with plenty of resources for just about anyone.

Help ex cons get to the road of success, very nice staff there also! Everything is good.

If you are home or low income and need a job, this is great place to find a job.

Great place for returning citizens to have the opportunity to get back to work. Go there they , Mr. Mike and Mr. Ed will help thier clients in getting birth certificates, state ID, employment, housing,ect.

Haven't got called for any jobs but overall a great people with great communicating alike

Had an APPOINTMENT to get my taxes filed. The tax perparer spent more time helping a co-worker(conversation wise) then spending Appointment time concentrating on doing my taxes. When she realize it was a little compicated because of the schedule C form she said her PROGRAM WASN'T COMPATIBLE and she couldn't do my taxes. Humm if it wasn't compatible why did she said it's asking for an itemized list of my expenses which is part of the schedule C form. SMH

I went here for a Neighborhood Improvement meeting for Kensington. The space is ready for multiple uses. The Opiod crisis in this section of Philly is real. Bilingual skills are a plus. Veterans are welcome. Looking for the follow up.

It stays so crowded on the elevator and the people don't move on it.

Proud to say that I have been involved with Impact Services for a few years and the spouse of an Impact Case Manager I can attest to the pride they take in helping the Veterans of this city. According to the work that Impact does there is no reason for homeless veterans in Philadelphia. Impact really helps.

I been trying to do intake for my grandson, but everytime I go there its a different rule, you got to be here by 2pm , next time I go , you need 2 forms of ID for him , next time , you need the Custody papers smh

Helps Veterans with housing transportation, clothing and supportive service's. Works with the VA.

Impact is a great place, and the staff are awesome, and they help out ex- offenders who wanna make it !

Good customer service and temp agency does their job finding you work there very efficient(first step staffing)

The staff really care. They are there for military vets in the particulars. But the people I deal with bring an unequaled level of compassion and empathy to their work that epitomizes what it means to be human. Thanks HVRP Team.

Great Community organizing group helps local individuals zoning issues ETC

Not very helpful .. the females on the 5th floor was not helpful or useful wouldn't ever apply for a job threw them .. I like the old impact and co workers at least they cared

I like how big the washers are at this place along with the dryers.

They are a bit unorganized. They seem willing to help you with finding a job.

Everything they do have is expensive. They didn't sell anything i needed. That free dry sign is only there for show. This place doesn't have dryers.
