The Women there are Super helpful and they give honest Unfiltered opinions. I can trust that when I try something on they will tell me if I look good or if need to take it off and try something else that will flatter My Shape. In Bras, they carry larger cup sizes but do not carry the bigger band sizes. They can and will be more than happy to order your size and have it delivered to the store for free. The problem w/ that is if You need something right then or want to see what something looks like You don't have that chance. Every Woman knows that what You where underneath Your clothes can really change the whole look of an outfit.
Lots of womens clothing at great prices. They have great deisigner outfits for all diffrent womens tastes. The store is clean and the employees are helpful too. The parking lot is busy due to the shopping center layout. The store is wedged between bigger places so you have to look for it when you are there.

I Just sat in the dressing room and cried. I walked in here in a size 26. I had no idea what size or shape I was or am anymore and the wonderful sales woman here helped me understand my new self so much! I fit comfortably in an 18 Amy was amazing
This is a wonderful place to shop. I ordered something on line and re eived the wrong size and the ladies today helped me to remedy the problem and helped me pick a new dress out to boot!! I will definatly be back as a repeat customer!
I pass 2 lb stores in NJ, pay money to cross the bridge and leave state to come to this store because the people are so not even just nice but kind. I'm not a huge fan of shopping in stores, I like the convenience and savings online. I needed things in a hurry today and forgot about looking for a coupon...the saleswoman MADE SURE I found a coupon and taught me a little life hack. That was amazing and will keep me coming out of my way to shop there.
I used to love Lane Bryant but now I do not. The clothes are expensive and the quality is just slightly better than Walmart. I can get nicer clothes in Target at a better price. The staff used to be helpful but now just smile and use a fake voice when they greet you. No more Lane Bryant for me.
Avenue and Roman's have Lane Bryant beat in every category. Lane Bryant's customer service skills are a zero and they are entirely too expensive... The store associates would rather have a conversation amongst themselves rather than ask a consumer if they needed help with anything. Rude and over priced is my final answer! I absolutely will not be giving Lane Bryant another penny... In-store OR on-line!
Weird set up at the counter when trying to make a purchase. There's no place to form a line. Always only two cashiers and most of the time there is a long line.
