Horrific! Purchased what was “supposed” to be a brand new Cadillac Escalade. Even before leaving the dealership, we noticed that no detail had been done on the car, but told them we’d have to bring it back the following week as we had an appointment. Immediately after driving home we noticed a huge scratch in the front drivers side. These were minor things compared to what happened next. Within 1 day of taking delivery of the car, and having driven out of state, the entire dashboard went dark. We tried turning the car off and on multiple times, nothing. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, nothing. The issue remained. This dark dash made the car completely undrive-able, as there was no speedometer, no gas gauge, nothing. We called for help and texted the salesman that assisted us during the purchase, basically with no help on how to fix the problem. We were told to bring the car in 3 days after returning home. The salesperson Joe, told us it would just be a day or two to update the software and would reach out later that day with an update. In fairness, they did provide the a loaner car, BUT the loaner had NO GAS in it. As soon as I left the dealership with the loaner I was getting phone calls from the service department asking what was wrong with the car, so clearly there was no communication with the salesmen we spoke to and the service department. We never got a phone call back about when we could come get the car, so we called them to ask when we could come get the car, no one could/would give us answer. We have since reached out to everyone we dealt with there at the dealership. No response. We did get a phone call from the finance manager, Devin, to let us know we needed to sign a paper for the plate. I asked him if he had an update on the car, he said he didn’t even know there was a problem. He promised he would call back the very next day. He asked that I give him until 11:30 the following day as he gets in at 11am and would need a little time to provide me an update. When I didn’t hear from him, I reached out to him and left a voicemail asking that he return my call. I never heard back. I then called our salesperson, Joe, several hours later to ask what was the update on the car, he said he was walking to service and would call me right back. I still haven’t heard back from him. Finally I called the manager, Ryan. I explained everything that had happened since we took delivery of the car. His response was this is “unacceptable” and said he was going to be calling everybody into his office to figure out what was going on with the vehicle and would call me right back. I still haven’t heard anything from him. This is the “manager” that hasn’t called back. This car was used as a demo with one of the other sales people, it’s absurd to believe that after he drove the car for a few days and it was fine, and then the very next day after I take delivery, the dashboard doesn’t work. It wasn’t disclosed to us at any time while we were while we were purchasing the vehicle. I have still yet to hear from anybody at the dealership and have now contacted our attorney. I have recorded every phone call and documented every interaction, so there is absolutely no dispute of what happened and how.

I could have been killed. I took my vehice to Thompson's automotive's collision repair shop after being involved in a accident with a tractor trailer. After not hearing from them for a week I called for an estimate, when doing so I'll let them know but I wanted them to check underneath the car that make sure everything was in good working order and to see if the car needed a alignment considering I was impacted on the driver side front wheel. After being told to come pick my vehicle up I asked them did they find anything wrong with the mechanics of my vehicle and was an alignment done. I was told they did nothing with that alignment and that's one should have been performed and that I had to come back to pick up my car another day. The next day I was called and told that there was extensive damage they needed to be repaired. When I did get my car back I noticed some grinding when getting up to higher speeds so I took my car back to get them to check to see what the grinding was about. I was told it was my wheel hub on the same wheel that was impacting but for some reason they told me it had nothing to do with the accident therefore they could not repair it. I took my vehicle to meineke they get them the check with the grinding was about and they told me that it was the wheel hub but also a bolt on a control arm was left so loose it could have fallen off at any moment. I drive down 97 everyday doing 70 to 75 miles per hour just imagine what would have happened if that boat have fallen off that's why I said earlier that I could have that wow.

It seems that they have a solid line of cars but the management and HR may need to review the quality of salesmen they have. Tried to help a friend buy a car with translation due to his lack of English speaking ability, salesman put together a deal and customer wanted to know the break down of the price. Salesman said that we are making things too complicated because we are asking questions. Do salesmen expect customers not to ask questions about price break down? Maybe they have too many customers because it is tax season and they do not care about every customer that walk in. Either way, I believe Thompson Automotive Group is a great company but some of its employees may bring its reputation down. This is a customer service industry and if the salesman get to a level where he tells the customer " I don't want to sell you this car anymore" , then he is not qualified to be in that role. Every HR should ask its employees to treat customers with respect & dignity regardless of customer's type. you should not expect that every customer is coming there to put money on the table and walk out with a car. salesmen will be tested with tough customers sometimes. so this could be an individual mistake that the company needs to monitor.

Charles Cadden was a great salesman at the dundalk location. Very friendly and personable and got me the best deal on a truck I really love. Thanks Charles so much! I'll definately be seeing you in the near future!

Everyone is Great and helpful at Thompson MAZDA in dundalk on merrit Blvd. Each time I go to have a vehicle serviced, I am able to get in quick and my cars ( not just my mazda) get exactly what they need. Great prices for the things I have had done. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THOMPSON MAZDA FOR ALL OF MY SERVICE AND PURCHASING NEEDS.

I thought thompson automotive sell cars. the last counter Offer from thompson automotive still didn't seal the deal. I had the Money In Hand. I give them 5 stars because that. 9 year old truck is a good deal. Someone will be happy to find it

My son bought a car from this dealership, and every time we called with questions, we were given abrupt answers as if we were taking up someone's precious time. That certainly wasn't the case when we were making the purchase. Very disappointed.

She was patient, showed me all of my options, and worked with me to find exactly what I want.
