Showroom is located on very prime location.
Staff is also very helpful.
You can face delay in accessories else the showroom is good.

This place has big name and spacious too but the customer dealing and service is very poor.

Best place for the automotive deal . excellent staff . superb facilities . transparent deals .

Worst experience with dada motors , they are good only till they need to sell the product. They will Harras you to get the documents after you have made the payment and got the car. Make fake commitments while selling the product , once sold they deny all the commitments . And throw it all on the staff who has left the company.

And the service centre is bad than worst as their is no value of customer and the time spent by the customer. To get one job done have to go their plenty of times and still don t get the resolution. Their technicians do not have knowledge of even undoing the spares and break the spare parts , than they don t have the spare available in stock which is broken. They forget to complete their job and afterword say that we forgot to do it but the car is ready to be delivered . People don t knw how to talk to a customer, have no respect for the customer.
And if you make complaint to Tata motors they have no fair of that as well and say sir this call was made to a call centre and Tata will not do anything abt it and we r the ones who has to take care of it, so making complaint to Tata motors is useless.

Mahindra showroom. Bolero, Scorpio, xuv 500 and many 4wheelers of this brand. Workshop of company is also here.

I visited the place first time and i really surprised to see the big showroom as dada motors have vary huge network in Ludhiana and they are providing all types of vehicles for transportation related or personal use.the staff service is good also after sale services is good as expected,I just purchased a vehicle today. overall a good experience in case of vehicles durability and their response to the customers

Sold me the Scorpio s7 2018 140bhp with a painted Driver side door clading....
Marks of the masking tape as well the pieces from the masking tape those were used during the painting process are still stuck in the cladding.....terrible service...fooling people...spent so much money just to buy a refurbished vehicle from Dada Motors Ludhiana.

Its okk bu they are always short of their vehicles but it is also good because we get new vehicles but due to short of vehicles their customers had to wait for a few days .also it is difficult to notice in normal traffic due to trees in front road of the office

Dealing is good........ But you may face rude behaviour by the person issuing provisional registration number chair

Overall experience is so good. Staff is so helpful anf kind.
