I bought a new AC from Yousaf Trader, AC is not working when we turn it on it cuts off whole electricity, i complained to the dealer i also complained to the company i recieived the complain number i called the person Muhammad Shoiab talked with him he said he will come in the evening, i also talked with the dealer from where i bought they also said company will visit they did not visit when i called him in the evening, he said we never talked he did not say so i have call recordings where i talked with shoiab and he said on 4 calls he will come today.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE !
My A.c stopped working within warranty time period, I called the company and they were highly unprofessional. There workers asked for money under the table so to get my work done early, when I refused they told me that now you will have to wait. It is been a month and still they haven't fixed my A.c. They refuse to pick my calls and show zero interest in fixing my A.C. DO NOT buy there products.

I recently purchased a changhong ruba new model 40H7Ki and i found it as a best Android LED TV. Amazing LED TV.

I bought Changhong Ruba LED in 2014, Since then i started liking this brand. Many Times Power Fluctuations were there, Voltage variation was there but nothing happened to this reliable machine. Good Product in Reasonable Price !

Changhong Ruba is one of best brand in Pakistan in Home Appliances industry. Recently Changhong Ruba Launch "H7K Full Screen TV Series" having Dolby sound system that gives you the real feel of the moment.

Satisfied. Using Changhong Ruba LED for 3 years now. And Normal AC in 2013 and invertor last year. All products are good. Happy and satisfied!

Sincere advice to every one: never buy any of those products or you will get stuck as their after sales service is absolutely horrible.

I bought their fridge and reason for choosing it over its Pakistani counterpart (PEL) was that it seemingly had a better finishing. Pricing was almost similar.

However its compressor broke down within one and a half year. If one tries to call them for claiming warranty there would be no response on their listed number for after sales.

After I went to the store (where I purchased the fridge from) to claim warranty, one of their technicians called me to check the fridge. He came to identify the problem but after that he never showed up to fix it (even though I have been calling him for over 3 weeks. Screen shots of call history are provided for your reference. You can see how many calls have been made.

My Experience Changhong Ruba Was good. it Products Price is Overall very Reasonable.

Tough it's a well known brand but feedback was very hopeless. I bought 50 inch led few years back screen black out suddenly, lost display when I contacted the service shop they asked to brought LCD to workshop because home services is not possible. I took my LCD to workshop about 30 Km away. After checking they told me its miner fault so will charge minimum. But next day they rang me up and told its major fault and charges have been revised I was stunned because they demanded a big amount.After day long negotiation amount was reduced to some extent but they spoiled the whole back of LCD by alteration. when I showed my resentment they just replied that it was inevitable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. WAITING FOR A PART FOR A EXPENSIVE INVERTER AC TO COME FROM LAHORE WHILE ITS BOILING HOT IN KARACHI. ONE NUMBER WHICH DOESNT WORK. PLEASE DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, POOR QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE.

Very Poor Customer Service Parts are not in stock more than 12 Days my complain still not resolve very dispointed

Changhong Ruba is well reputed in quality products, It's LED TV models are very innovative especially Full Screen TV Series, Their showroom staff is very professional. I am happy with my buying decision.

I live in Karachi . I have to call technicians for service/repair but there is only one Lahore number and no one attend the call even that number.

I will never recommend this third class electronics brand with poor service backup.They charge too much for very bad service and highly unprofessional in repairing and feedback. I got repaired my 50 inches LED they done too much alteration and spoiled originality making it worthless.

I am using Changhong Ruba LED TV and Inverter AC which is Good Quality Product.

My experience with Changhong Ruba was very good.
Product range is good and reliable. specially TV quality is amazing.

We purchased Chan Hong Ruba fridge 2 years ago. We have to get it repaired 6 times and now 2nd time changing it's compressor.

Never try to purchase it. Just waste of money.
