Scheduled maintenance. Work was completed more quickly than promised. Work was done correctly. Service advisor was profficient and knowledgeable. Service tech was competent and efficient. The cashier was personable and knowledgeable.
This was was first visit and it was nice. The dealership is clean. Not alot of frills but old fashioned quality service. Booked online. It was easy enough to do.

Had a great sales rep in Geraldine, who fought hard for what turned into a great truck deal in the end. Appreciated her assistance...

Had one of their employees screaming racist and other rude language in my face while canvassing at a post office. Incredibly unprofessional.

I located a car on another website that was at Carr. I called, and Geraldine quickly answered a couple screening questions I had. When we arrived later, and another person pointed her out, she immediately greeted me by name, showed us the car, answered all our questions, and helped the purchase go pleasantly and smoothly. She answered questions readily during the test drive, so smoothly it wasn't at first obvious she was locating and reading the answers, as the car was another make from the Buick/GMC/Cadillac lines the dealership sells new. Kudos!

Bought a used minivan today. The Sales Staff were professional, polite and made the experience pain free. I'm the car buyer for the family and experienced at it.
