I totalled my car and i couldnt afford the payments. When i got my tax return i called back in to see if they would settle. First person i talked to arranged a 1800 dollar settlement. 4 calls later they're saying i pay 2000 and that no 1800 was ever agreed on. When i aksed them to pull the other calls which 1800 was agreed to the wouldn't. They said it never happened and when i argued they said i had to pay the whole thing. So if your found of letting people walk all over you and overpaying this is the finance company for you.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I have been making "on time" payments for 12+ months. I have requested a payment deferral for the last 3 months in a row and have been denied. They won't give any reason for the denial. " Simply stated "We can't guarantee an approval."

VERY POOR SEVICE!! The representatives have also shown the lack of customer service skills. During the process of asking "why" the deferral was denied, they engage in arguing and speaking over me during the conversation.

STICK WITH MAINSTREAM FINANCE COMPANIES....

They denied my refinance application for no reason.

They are probably the worst company i have ever felt with. Their customer service is horrible. I was a few days behind on my payment, the guy asks well what time of day on the 31st are you making your payment?? like why do i have to run my schedule by you.. i will never do business with them again.

If you have less than great credit, these guys can help. Got a much better rate than I thought possible considering my credit score and history. Super easy process!

They gave me a refinance rate of 8.05% when ever other finance company wanted 14% or more. Less than a year later I applied for a loan to get another car and I was given a 6.85% rate! The process took less than a day to complete and i'm heading to pick up my new car on tomorrow!

Garbage , after and over payment on the payoff they still reported a delinquent balance!

Refinanced my car with less than 600 credit score and they saved me $115 a month and lowered my interest from 17% to 13%. Im happy and I have gap insurance! Havent done much business yet but im happy so far!

If your car is totaled and you have to buy a new one you better hope you can afford the extra payments at all times. When times get tough they won't work with you if you don't have full coverage on a car that was already signed away to the insurance company months ago. It doesn't matter that the car was ruined and I no longer own it. Doesn't make any sense!!!!! Thanks for the help a**holes.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the phone representative to the manager to the district manager. Definitely a culture of screw the customer.

The worst should have stayed with capitalone. I will never referr this to anyone. Looking for another company to take loan. And I've only made my first payment.

Someone fraudulently used my ATM debit card to pay for their Car Finance loan in the amount of $504.50 posted on 9/12/20. I do not have a loan with this company. I am not a California resident. I did not give anyone permission to use my card.
