My first experience with them doing a straight probate was very good and a reasonable price. The second was to draw up a will. Complications arose. Their handling was poor. The lawyer was changed to Robert with no hand over advice to us. Good if nothing goes wrong and you are happy to risk it.

Absolutely hopeless and worst experience I've had, absolutely no customer service. Amanda seems to be more concerned with dragging out the process to fill her own pockets, all I kept seeing was my bill increasing and no results. STAY AWAY!
