Mark was exceptionally helpful and completely trustworthy when he helped me with my late brother's computers. I live in Edinburgh and Mark helped me sort so many things out remotely. He was thoughtful, considerate and understanding - went out his way to help - by even going to collect the computers from a nearby office for me. You can tell he offers a genuine service when he says "I am here to help and you can call me back anytime if you have any other problems". I would wholeheartedly recommend the company. Thank you.

I brought my PC laptop to Mark last week because I was having trouble accessing the internet. I contacted him through his website and he immediately got back to me and told me I could swing by and he could finish fixing my computer in a couple of hours. I thought Mark would reinstall a driver or something but he went above and beyond my expectations. It was great service, and I had a nice afternoon knowing my PC was in great hands. Mark is not only a talented technician, but one with great integrity. I came in with my computer, which was ten minutes from a total crash. He worked his magic and managed to save all my important and non backed up (my bad) documents and files. He worked for many, many hours and was fair and reasonable with his charge. I HIGHLY recommend Brilliant Computers for all your business and personal computer IT issues. I have been using Mark for his computer services at my office ( 16 computers + server) for over 15 years. He is very responsive when you call him with an issue and is quite knowledgable and efficient about fixing the problem. I just had to remove a computer from my office to my home and had what seemed like a major hardware issue... I was very concerned about potential data loss... he got the computer repaired quickly with no loss of data. Can't go wrong with Mark if you have any computer issues at home or the office.

Brought in my laptop thinking all was lost. Mark sat with me and troubleshot it nine ways to Sunday to see if he could get it to boot properly. After trying everything under the sun, I had to leave it behind. Not only was he able to repair the laptop (it had an OS issue) he saved everything from my drive, made the laptop 10x faster and had the quickest turnaround time ever. Professional, courteous, fast and super fair. Don't waste your time anywhere else. I know I won't.

I used Mark to do some work on my laptop. I had him install a better, faster and more up-to-date hard drive. He went above and beyond what I expected. He welcomed me to bring my laptop in to his office right after we spoke which was at 5pm; even though he was traveling across the country the next day. Thank you mark for upgrading my HP computer. It was outdated, and I was going to have to replace it. The specs I wanted cost a lot of money. On a whim, I looked on google for a company that rebuilds computers and found Brilliant Computers. They upgraded everything for less than half of what buying a new one with those specs would have been, and protected it with the latest security software. I am very pleased, and would use them again.

I had a windows 7 and couldn't get my mouse to work, and I tried everything; even bought windows 7 repair cd and ps2 mouse and keyboard, tried using a cd to install drivers but still nothing. Turns out Windows 7 doesn't recognize and can't update on it's own because it's so outdated. As soon as I walked in, Mark looked at me and was like "what are u doing with a windows 7 lol". Very personable, and funny, and he got the job done within the hour (since you have to wait for the uploads) and it was super easy. Chill dude, got to talking and having a good time while we waited and I couldn't be happier with the service.

My advice: Don't do what I did and wait, trying to be a hero and figure it out on your own. Have a professional take a look at it, it'll save you SO MUCH TIME and money from buying all this other stuff that just won't fix the problem.
