I have asked Mark Brilliant a ton of tough technical questions. My former IT guy, Computer Bob, who has retired, was fine, but he usually needed time to research things. AMAZINGLY ENOUGH, MARK BRILLIANT ALWAYS HAS A GREAT ANSWER RIGHT AWAY. More important than his technical skills is that in the short time I know him, I have come to trust the guy.
