Brought in my laptop thinking all was lost. Mark sat with me and troubleshot it nine ways to Sunday to see if he could get it to boot properly. After trying everything under the sun, I had to leave it behind. Not only was he able to repair the laptop (it had an OS issue) he saved everything from my drive, made the laptop 10x faster and had the quickest turnaround time ever.
