I always recommend the holiday packages with them ... They have the lowest prices for the same package compared to other online agencies .. They are friendly, helpful and quick to recall especially since they are Gold members.
The site is well made and intuitive even if sometimes it stops.

Excellent pre-sales assistance, immediate responses and collaborative in finding a solution suited to our needs. We also got a price review. We have not yet left so we will see how the after-sales and any assistance during the journey proceeds.

They are very very competent, they know how to do their job very well, I bought 2 trips from them.
They gave me a great discount, they found me the place in the structure that I wanted, even when others said it is out of stock.
Convenient because there is a chatt and therefore you don't waste hour...

I booked for Cutro this Summer with the family and as always they gave me great assistance, availability and above all the advice that you cannot get from the guides and reviews. To be a travel bag agency I expected more competitive prices, in the end I paid the trip cheaper than other online agencies.
Bad payment method and travel contract, still use fax and e-mail, do not make immediate payment with a charge, a great waste of time.
