Appointment booking line for Private GP is useless. I called main reception to book an appointment with Private GP. The lady tried, the person in-charge for bookings, at least 3 times but no response. She left a message and also gave me direct line for them. I called twice but call was never answered. Left voice-mail but no one bothers to return your calls.
Was wondering what's the point of having a number for appointments if no one ever answers? I wanted a private GP appointment as the appointment with my regular GP wasn't available early enough. But as it seems, i have more of a chance to see my Regular NHS GP than booking an appointment with the Private One here.

I was trying to make an appointment to see a consultant, I had the authorisation code for insurance etc. The runnymede would not make an appointment until I had the doctors letter in my hand. So I made an appointment for the following week (to make sure I had the letter). When I had received the letter I tried to bring the appointment forward but the Runnymede appointment staff could not manage to move the appointment. The date/time I was due to see the consultant was cancelled with 2 hours notice, at the time I couldn't get hold of his secretary. In the end I have made an appointment with the Nuffield for couple of weeks time.

They Genuinely try their best. I had surgery there and the care was good. I felt bad for the staff as it was a festive season period there was staff shortage. However you could see everyone running around and still managing to hold a smile and provide good customer service. The waiting time can be a while but its understandable. They give you a room to yourself so you don't have much to complain about. TV, bed & wifi. The food was great served hot. Parking is free. It is a place I recommend.

Was terrible from the food to the rushing to get me out after the operation and the price was extortionate.
Was only offered the choice between 3 sandwiches and when that was bought to me asked is that all you wanted and then told me of all the things that was on the menu I was never offered by the lady before.
Once home get a call that my meds have been mixed up can I check the name is correct on it. So I call my surgeon to ask if the stuff I was given is correct and it wasn t so had no painkillers from then on except paracetamol no alternative was offered to me.
No information about my recovery and dressings was given to me had to call up and come back the next day to get the stuff they d forgotten to give me.
It just goes on.
Terrible experience would never use again in the future.
