My 2nd visit as an admitted case. Both times I have had an excellent experience with Nurses and Doctors. I highly recommend this hospital

I attended Nuffield Health Woking yesterday, 10th September 2020.
I was under the care of Mr King and his team for steroid epidural injections to my lower back. I have to say that the care, attention and information I was given throughout was impeccable. From arrival with reception on full covid mode collecting you from your car to the ward staff and the theatre team and of course Mr King and my lovely anaesthetist they were all fantastic.
Thank you all for such amazing care and treatment. I was amazed how well everyone of the staff coped with the almost impossible rules of distance, sanitation and distance as much as possible for the patients and also the team themselves. Well done all of you. True angels who put themselves on the line for others. God bless you all

Had a lovely experience here when i had my operation here 2 weeks ago. Very friendly nurse's and Doctors, Would highly recommend. I felt safe, The food was very nice.

Very friendly staff and doctor. Building is old but kept very nicely.

All nursing staff and doctors are incredibly professional and friendly. Hygiene standards are excellent and rooms and food very good.

Reception did not pick up the phone for over an hour. Kept me waiting at drop off only car park for aaaaaaaaaaaaggesssss.....
Such a waste of time. Just an acknowledgement saying they would be late to receive me would be more than enough.

Ivf treatment is awful ( Victoria wing) if you are privately paying please be cautious with your money .the doctors at Victoria wing talk nicely just to get your money.
Protocol is old fashion
long waiting , be ready for that ( it can take over 30 minutes wait.
Too many nurses .
They will try to get as much money from you offering you trials.
Try to get medication somewhere else if possible .
No access to your consultant on phone apart from nurses on phone giving you misleading information.
Over 35years do some research before having treatment thre , they will use your age to offer you trials .

I felt very looked after. Communication was thorough and level of care and information was of a high standard. Everyone was professional, friendly and made me feel safe. Even after my surgery I contacted them for advice and they were very helpful. Thank you to all. The hospital is very clean also and the rooms are peaceful. The food is of fairly good quality also. Pre and post surgery I was kept well informed about everything that was going to happen and had been done and I've been told I will have a follow up soon also. Very thorough and before the surgery I had a mini nervous breakdown. The anaesthetist and surgeon made me calm. Thank you God for these lovely people.

My preferred hospital in the area. Better food than some.

Very pleased I chose this hospital despite my concerns I was made to feel safe and nothing was too much trouble from Doctors and nurses alike. Food very good. A happy environment which was refreshing.

I had an out patient procedure here and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. They put me at ease and were really attentive.

Very poor standard with dated facilities.
The protocol used was not compliant with NICE guidelines.
Appointments always running late.
Completely blinkered staff.
If you are planning on paying for IVF at the Victoria Wing go elsewhere and do some research before you pay.
I would recommend CRGH who operate with completely different protocols and have double the success rate!

Amazing care from all the staff from the fantastic nurses who made sure I was ok pre and post surgery. The surgical team and the doctors. They are all doing an outstanding job in a very difficult time.
