Signed up with Big Sky Commerce when they first started, then, we foolishly went to another carrier that promised us cheaper rates, however, we could never get in touch with our rep when we needed help with anything. The Poke Sushi Bowl in downtown Missoula is excited to be processing their credit, debit, and gift card payments through Big Sky Commerce using the state of the art Clover point of sale system. The Poke Sushi Bowl was processing with Square but found themselves unable to contact a representative on multiple occasions when their system went down. Also, (Poke) is still awaiting several thousand dollars in funding from Square from weeks ago. Big Sky Commerce worked quickly to have their business up and running, saving them lost revenue from temporarily accepting cash-only payments. We have worked with the team at Big Sky Commerce for several years now. They process credit card donations made to The Poverello Center, Missoula's emergency facility for homeless men and women. The team not only provides us excellent services, they also provide us education and support along the way. They do this all while supporting our mission and working to make Missoula a better place through their civic involvement and volunteer service.

I can t say enough about these guys. We have used 5 different payment processors before working with Big Sky and they were all very difficult to work with and terrible experiences. We deal in what is considered extremely high risk products and this classification has made it tough to get and maintain a relationship with a payment processor. We frequently would have tens of thousands of dollars held without notice from us by other payment processing companies but with BigSky, it s been 0 issues. Very personable, excellent customer support and a straightforward type of company, never giving us a run around! I highly recommend them!

They are fine when it is working just like any other credit card processor, but when it quits working these people will ignore your voicemails, not respond to emails and hang up on you when you call. Wish I would have never switched to them.
