The Poke Sushi Bowl was processing with Square but found themselves unable to contact a representative on multiple occasions when their system went down. Also, (Poke) is still awaiting several thousand dollars in funding from Square from weeks ago. Big Sky Commerce worked quickly to have their business up and running, saving them lost revenue from temporarily accepting cash-only payments.
