Better Connect Systems

I bought an AnyTone 878 from the company. After a couple of months of very light usage the speaker output went to less than half the normal audio with distortion. I contacted Jerry and he was very receptive. He suggested I try a couple of things and if the problem did not resolve, to send it back to him. The problem did not resolve, so I sent it back. He must have checked it immediately on receipt, ascertained that the audio had basically died, and sent me out a new radio immediately. No pain...no strain. I could not have asked for better service. Everyone in the office are very personable and relate well to the customer..in this case...me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Tremendous service at Connect Systems. I'm based in Canada, and bought from these folks. My radio was faulty, and Jerry replaced it. He even personally tested the new radio and verified everything was functional. Connect Systems is great!

Connect Systems people are the best. Customer service is top notch. The staff are super helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy. That is very rare these days.

Great radios for the money. Not sure what's up with the 1 star review about the MD380. Connect Systems doesn't make them. That being said, I know several people with the MD380 here in Indiana that use them on the Hoosier DMR network that are very happy with them. But the Connect Systems radios are much better. I have a CS700 and am thinking about buying another one if their radios.
