My daughter went to their Chelton location her first summer with them (3-4yo), which was a wonderful experience, and then last summer she's was at the day nursery (4-5yo). It was way more hectic and disorganized, but they had a summer field trip program where they took 1-2 field trips a week and had water play on Fridays. The problem I ran into was I accidentally only gave a week and a half notice instead of a full two weeks notice before my daughter started kindergarten, so not only did they charge me for a full week my daughter wasn't there, but they charged me a registration fee for the start of after school daycare. I was upset, but it was my fault so what could I do? Come to find out they did not pull the money from my account like they did every week for two summers because to my surprise 4 months later I receive a letter from them informing me it wasn't paid and I only had 10 days to pay it or they were sending me to collections. When money becomes more important than my daughter and our family it becomes very dissapointing. The money is in the mail but my daughter will not be going back.

One of the worst daycares Ive ever put my children in. They were there for about 2 years. When my family when through some devastating loss and my children of course reacted in a type of way especially my son being so youngm not knowing how to express his feelings on top of already detecting a speech delay. So we went through some hard times for a bit while the daycare walked me through some much needed help for him and got him started with everything. All and all my son ended up inproving so much as the staff worked with him very hard. As the school year came a close i noticed more different staff more frequently and different unorganized programs and field trips. My son declined in his progress this last semester in all his therapy help. Also becoming very angry outraged and just a complete monster as they would describe his days. Its been a devastating experience for both of us. All in all do NOT recommend. Have a great 2017.

Extremely uninformed, unprofessional, and condescending personnel. Boss leaves lower level employees alone without adequate instructions for when she isn t present. Unworthy of your business let alone being one of the first building blocks in your child s education and social well-being.

Worked here and had my kiddo in care here. Not a good place when a certain director ran it. They can only keep the not so great teachers and lose the good ones. Sad that they don t listen to the teachers with real passion and love for children. They promote mean and negative teachers. Take your kids elsewhere.
