This hotel had the best free breakfast of our holiday. Plus rooms were great. TV easy to use.. internet fast and rooms quiet. Best hotel to stay at if you ate flying into abbotsford airport. $12 taxi to hotel . Then there is a bus station right outside the hotel that you can ride transit bus to KingGeorge sky train station (about 1hr of buses and a couple transfers) but then 35min or so to down town Vancouver. Very good stay. Great service.

We stayed at the Abbotsford Best Western Plus and it was wonderful! Mindy at the front desk helped us a lot and provided a lot of information. Best Western will match the lowest price found on any third party booking site and they also have a loyalty program that leads to a free nights faster than most loyalty programs! The room was great as we were upgraded to the presidential suite which surpassed all our expectations!

I will be making Best Western my first option when booking a hotel!

My son recently stayed at this hotel Thanksgiving weekend and had $1000.00 worth of ice hockey goaltending equipment stolen from his room. Whether it was staff or poor security we found it rather disturbing that this could happen and that the hotel was unhelpful in trying to find out what happened to that equipment. I will never stay there again.

The TV remote had to be replaced. The AC did not work. The sink drained ever so slowly. The room itself was fine and comfortable but when temps outside are 30+ C you want AC. We stayed in another hotel in another city the following nights with the same AC and it worked fine using the same settings.

Amazing. Hadn't stayed at a Best Western in years. For good reason. Took a chance on this one (ok best price and I'm cheap). Well colour me happy. From the staff to the room through the free hot breakfast. Best midrange hotel stay in years.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

the staff are always nice at this hotel. however we didn't enjoy waiting for our room to be ready-and it started to rain. we were not told that there may be a wait and this was an hour and a half. service at breakfast by joan was great and the maintenance guys were good company as always. our suite was massive but some of it was not updated-the kitchen was at least 35yrs old-but still worked. thanks.

The place looked nice but my family and I where turned away due to non up to date systems, so they sent us to a travel lodge that did not require a "credit card" but nobody cared to mention it was in the Herowin district of Abbotsford! Thanks for the great weekend Best Western!

I have been staying at this hotel for years when I would come to care for my mom. The staff have always been amazing and they go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
The breakfasts here are the best of any I have ever experienced and the staff working it go way above what is required of them.
On outstanding experience always!

I am writing on behalf of my employee who was staying at this hotel recently and was kicked out on the street with her 2 kids -she was staying at this hotel as part of an insurance claim due to flooding in her home. My employee suffered a nervous break due to the treatment by the front desk Manager Brianna Darby. I am shocked and disgusted that someone in the Hospitality and Customer Service Industry would treat a customer this way. Shame on you!

Over the past several years my wife and I have stayed at this motel .
This is the first time that we have experienced this type of problem in the past. When I booked our reservation it took approximately 20 minutes for some one to answer the phone.Upon arriving at the motel the check in girl took at least 15 mins to register the guest ahead of us. We felt that she needed to learn to work faster and more efficiently. Other that the above mention problem our stay was most acceptable.

A very nice hotel and a family friendly one also. My family has been there twice and both times we had great experiences. The front desk lady even gave us a complementary family suite upgrade that was very kind!!! The room was massive and very comfortable!
There is a buffet breakfast which was very nice and had a lot of varieties. Some of the things were pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, French toast, many fruits, many juices, and many more options!

My company held a social.gathering at the conference room. The staff were great. The steak they served this yeat was fantastic. The conferemce room was not very big but good enough to host about 50-80 people. Overall, I would recommend this place for any social gatherings such as weddings, company parties, baptism, and birthday parties.

Doesn t feel like a Best Western its better. It deserves more stars! I have worked in hospitality therefore have high expectations; this hotel met them.

Rooms were chic and luxurious with nice dark woods and fixtures, high leather like headboards, nice white lamps etc. Lobby looks very elegant especially with its grand staircase.

Rooms were clean, well made up and well stocked. I liked that the sink/vanity and wide counter were separate from the toilet/shower area as it helps with multiple people getting ready (especially if you have a wedding to get ready for. Each room has an iron/ironing board too which comes in handy too.) Beds, pillows and comforter were really great; comfortable. One of our adjoining rooms (king) had a fridge, microwave, glassware and dishware unsure if the 2 queen had a fridge but I think I saw a microwave. Seems to have earth friendly products too.

Restaurant in adjoining building (Ricky s) has a wide menu and tasty food. I d recommend it. The Best Western seemed to be close to other restaurants but I didn t venture out.

Free breakfast include a wide variety of items and also a variety of items within that item (i.e. Not just apples, but also banana s oranges and pears). Breakfast staff ensured patrons found all the items provided and also came to our table to offer us items fresh off the grill before restocking the buffet area. Very attentive.*one hint though ->you need a key card for access to building so don t check out first.

Front Desk staff were very pleasant (accommodating, professional, quick, well kempt, knowledgeable and happy.) Very pleased.

I didn't have time to take advantage of the pool/hot tub or fitness centre during my stay. Next time!

We stayed at this hotel for about 14 days as we attended a wedding and toured in BC and Washington state. The free hot breakfast were great, even better were the breakfast staff, the sales office staff and the front desk staff. We stayed 2 nights in Vancouver at a different hotel and couldn't wait to get back to the Best Western. We would recommend this hotel to any one and will certainly book there again when we go back. Thank you for a pleasant, clean and enjoyable stay.

Worst experience EVER..... apparently you can only rent a room there if you have a credit card... yes a credit card.... cause according to me they everyone has a cc. .... well not true... even when i offered to pay for my room up front and a $200 deposit that was accepted..... now we are at a different best western... where my husband and I are sleeping in different beds, he can't get into the bathroom fully (wheelchair bound) but as a positive this new BW has taken our DEBIT charge and deposit..... this is unacceptable and I will be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow.....

We were visiting a relative in the hospital and appreciated the special reduced rate. The hotel is fairly close to the hospital and various shopping.
We were very happy to have a sofa in our room where we could relax when we came in.

It is also really close to the Abbotsford airport. It is a great place to stay.
