Doesn t feel like a Best Western its better. It deserves more stars! I have worked in hospitality therefore have high expectations; this hotel met them.

Rooms were chic and luxurious with nice dark woods and fixtures, high leather like headboards, nice white lamps etc. Lobby looks very elegant especially with its grand staircase.

Rooms were clean, well made up and well stocked. I liked that the sink/vanity and wide counter were separate from the toilet/shower area as it helps with multiple people getting ready (especially if you have a wedding to get ready for. Each room has an iron/ironing board too which comes in handy too.) Beds, pillows and comforter were really great; comfortable. One of our adjoining rooms (king) had a fridge, microwave, glassware and dishware unsure if the 2 queen had a fridge but I think I saw a microwave. Seems to have earth friendly products too.

Restaurant in adjoining building (Ricky s) has a wide menu and tasty food. I d recommend it. The Best Western seemed to be close to other restaurants but I didn t venture out.

Free breakfast include a wide variety of items and also a variety of items within that item (i.e. Not just apples, but also banana s oranges and pears). Breakfast staff ensured patrons found all the items provided and also came to our table to offer us items fresh off the grill before restocking the buffet area. Very attentive.*one hint though ->you need a key card for access to building so don t check out first.

Front Desk staff were very pleasant (accommodating, professional, quick, well kempt, knowledgeable and happy.) Very pleased.

I didn't have time to take advantage of the pool/hot tub or fitness centre during my stay. Next time!
