Bespak

If I could give Bespak no stars, I would. We ordered 7500 actuators and valves from Bespak three months ago. We were told it would take six weeks to get them to us. That was fine. Then, the day that they were going to ship, we were told that the actuators would ship, but the valves had to be made and tested. It would take another two weeks. Shouldn't the valves have been made during the initial six week process? I was just told today, two weeks after I was told the valves would ship, a week after the shipping date, that there is an issue with the valves and they have to be remade. This is ridiculous. We are a small company just trying to get 7500 valves and actuators to us. Can you imagine if we were making a larger order? If you are thinking of ordering with Bespak, think again. Order from 3M instead.

Absolutely terrible service from bespak today.Helen Boyle the switchboard operator is rude and awful.they have been awful to my 16 year old son.

I hate the place the management are crap.Ive been working for Bespak for one in a half year(agency pmp) and they are treating people like a sheep.GMP only words and nothing else!!!!When they need the machine to run on Sunday and no maintenance around they are happy to break the GMP rules just to see the order done.Half of personal know nothing.Karolina Gray is the worst manager in Bespak she sacked me on my birthday 22.03 when I was on holiday.Because someone from maintenance told her that I have moved the robot head to home position and I have restarted the machine without permission (GMP).When you trying your best no one will appreciate that.
