Generally quite fast and the drive thru is always a good option.

Hate the new menu board,takes to long to change choices.,clean though.,,drive thru a joke, takes soooo long,even when not busy,only afternoon ,night shift needs improvement....drive thru not recommended

The kiosk was down. I placed my order at the counter was given a number. Set down waited 10 minutes someone was walking through area asking for # 22, my number was 24. I waited another 5 minutes ;I went to the counter inquiring about the order at which time she gave me the order which had been sitting on the counter. Without one of the items. She said oh you were given the wrong number. The food was cold I ate the food as the time was fr spent. The sitting area wasn't clean empty tables were not clean. If the restaurant wasn't so close I wouldn't go. There's always homeless people right outside of the door begging for money.

Self service kiosk?? Taking people out of the equationis a bad idea..!

This place is always a go to for me. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the system doesn't allow the app to use more than one coupon an hr!

Good and service were good. A lot of loitering around the restaurant though.

Boring. Should have stayed a small business in the SB

For San Bernardino, this McDonald's is cleaner than most; and there's usually a guard to hold down the Shinnanigans.

Drive thru at this place is neither fast nor convenient

This place is fast and service is good except that if the employe are going to talk about there customer they should at least doit where the customer doesnt listen .

Exactly what you'd expect from a McDonalds. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am so sick from eating there alot, I even try going to different ones because maybe that one was just dirty but am getting sick from all them people or black people it not safe to eat at this places be careful

Its a good place its a place to be when you're feeling down or just want something to do

We were at McDonald's on 2nd st in San Bernardino and a lady came in with a pit bull. The instead of calling police right away decided to argue with her and she had everyone terrified she was going to turn her dog loose on your customers

This location sucks, bad service and rude employees.

A lot of people, but that's it. A dollar drink is really fragrant!

Typically come to this McDonalds, usually clean and food usually warm. A lot of seating is great when it's busy.

The meal was good I just did know what to order because im not familiarize with the menu but the food was. I Im willing to eat there again.

Couldnt post without 1 stat so.....Worst mcdonald's ivr ever been to is located on 2nd street in san Bernardino we were stuck in the drive thru for 32 minutes in hot summer weather and all they could tell me is sorry for the ling wait....what really my lunch break been over 2 minutes ago now im considered awol these businesses need to be held liable for our time too never again will i eat at that or any mcdonald's after my experience at this location ive had enough to hell with the big mac

It's a McDonalds, just please. Avoid 10:30 - 11:30. It took 15 minutes for my small frozen lemonade because it was so crowded.

Well what can I say about this place it is got to be one of the most delicious places I've ever eaten you must try it i can't speak highly enough about this place it is so good i could eat here every day and not get tired of it and with all the ways you can mix things up you can eat something new everyday for months here i like how clean they keep the place and how friendly and patient the staff is especially considering how busy it can get and how picky some people can be so do yourself a favor and go here today lol

They never have ice cream at least not when I go. And they take way too long. It's not McDonald's as we once knew it.

The employees are welcoming and nice. There is an employee on night shift she goes above and beyond for my food. Their ice cream machine is always working too!

I finished my breakfast then stomach started to bubble not because of food there could of been from milk I had at my house. Anyways back to the point. I was using restroom which was trashed, So 2 mins in cleaning lady started knocking. Then in 1 more min then Manager walked in banging saying "2 min limit boss". Really! Tell my bubble guts 2 mins there will be a bigger mess in restaurant lobby instead of toilet. I'm a customer and rushing me in restroom is RUDE there were 4 workers holding open door harassing me while I'm doing my business.

I not only eat and love their food i also work there

It is a slightly old restaurant, and the menu is the same as all restaurants

They had me wait in front and forgot about me for twenty minutes. Had to go inside and remind them

It's clean and has all the McDonald's options. Staff was friendly. Though you have to be a customer to use the restroom. (A personal pet peeve of mine)

Today's visit the lobby and dining areas needed ample cleaning attention however the employees seemed to be more focused on the drive through customers instead of the front counter... Attention is highly recommended in all areas of the restaurant.
I do want to commend the employees that took immediate attention to a customer that was experiencing a medical condition however it is very important for all employees(managers) to remain on site until the first responders have cleared them.

I found a hair while I was drinking my carmel macchiato I thought at first it was the thick syrup of the caramel but i wish it would've been the syrup it was a damn hair all the employees should wear hair nets never again going to McDonalds in my life, keep an eye out on your food next time you order from this place, very disturbing & sad

Ordered thru screen inside. They missed giving our drinks. Coffee with a variety of flavor is good.

Drive-thru always packed, about 4 to 6 minute wait, inside a bit worse, people outside by door always panhandling, employees try their best with rude customers- it's just a bad area.

Fast and full of mcfat. What more can you ask from a McDonald's?

Such a bad service, even slowest employees i have seen would be faster than employees working here

Went for lunch spent almost 7bucks on a meal and couldnt even get a whole slice of cheese s.m.h

Took way to long with. My order 13 minutes for a Damn chicken sandwich

Went through the drive thru and had about 4 homeless people come and ask me for change while I was trying to order. Management does nothing about it and there's people doing drugs in the parking lot. I will Never come here again.

I've been there 2 times so far, first time had an issue the manager took care of it and upgraded my fry's. The second time everything was great.

The food was good as was the service. The place is located in a not-so-great neighborhood but other than that everything was fine.

McDonald's is my favorite place to come for Iced Coffee!!!!
