Staff was rude. Didn t know about K9 influenza until the day of drop off when they asked for the records. There was no mention of it on their website and nothing was said over the phone. Lost a whole day of a 3 day vacation trying to something else.

I called several weeks ago to schedule an appointment, they said the groomer would be on vacation for a week so it would be a bit and scheduled me for Friday June 15 at 9. I called the day before to discuss drop off time...

Barkside is great! The facility is always clean and the employees are always helpful. They require all boarders be current on vaccinations. My daughter drove 2 hours to board her dog there during vacation! Thank you for providing a safe retreat for our dogs !

Have been taking my dog here for a few months now ...

Have been taking my dog here for a few months now and she loves it. The staff seem really nice and enjoy having Frankie there. I like the fact they give the dogs play time with humans and other dogs. Also nice when you get home and your dog just wants to lay down and cuddle for once. Thank You!!

In town for a family health emergency. Was able to make last minute arrangements for our dog to stay here. Great staff. Dogs seemed to be well cared for. Small dogs were playing together behind the desk. They offer a doggie day camp as well as boarding.

The heated pool was clean and well maintained, and our group had the whole space to ourselves to ease in our nervous dog.
