Ikoyi's modern immersive structure, having one of the most accessible facilities I've seen - car park, entryways and exits. The access roads are generally in good condition, ambiance is super cool and working environment is fantastic. It harbours a number of corporate bodies especially Oracle.

most intelligent building in the state of Lagos, this smart building has state of the art design, High tech, high end building. Smart and digital security check in. No smoking is allowed on any area of the Heritage Place. It's strictly prohibited.

Don't be deceived by the simple facade of this building- for design nerds like me, this is one of the most simply, yet well detailed buildings in Ikoyi. From it's Efficient grid system to the use of vertical parking, Central air conditioning and raised floor systems, it's no wonder it received a LEE...

More grand than stately in its architecture, this building offers an excellent view from the car park. It's secured and seems to be shielded (by the surrounding trees) from noise, hustle and bustle of Alfred Rewane and surrounding areas.

Beautiful structure. But the managers of the building need to pay attention to the stairwells. They are usually filthy, and remain overlooked by cleaners. Those who prefer to take the stairs for fitness reasons do not like this about Heritage Place

This is a pretty cool place. For whatever you reading you have to be here, be rest assured you will have a space to park your vehicle as there are more than enough space for all sort of vehicles. The premises is super cool, neat, well scented and well lit. The restrooms are also clean.
