Ikoyi's modern immersive structure, having one of the most accessible facilities I've seen - car park, entryways and exits. The access roads are generally in good condition, ambiance is super cool and working environment is fantastic. It harbours a number of corporate bodies especially Oracle.

Great atmosphere, great people...such positive energy

Don't be deceived by the simple facade of this building- for design nerds like me, this is one of the most simply, yet well detailed buildings in Ikoyi. From it's Efficient grid system to the use of vertical parking, Central air conditioning and raised floor systems, it's no wonder it received a LEEDS certification. I love the reception and the artwork; by Peju Alatise, hung in it. Security here is also high. I recommend making a reservation or calling to inform anyone you know there of your visit so that you have a smooth sign-in. Erm, the guards need a better shade outside- when it rains, or the weather is really hot, active guards don't have a good place to stay.

More grand than stately in its architecture, this building offers an excellent view from the car park. It's secured and seems to be shielded (by the surrounding trees) from noise, hustle and bustle of Alfred Rewane and surrounding areas.

It house multiple companies like BBC Nigeria, waste mgt company etc. I like even more there parking space just opposite the complex

This place is home to several business offices and it is easily accessible as it is located along a major and very popular road. It has a very roomy parking space for cars that is more than enough to accommodate several vehicles during business hours. I was totally blown away by art masterpieces that dotted its interior walls.

This is a lovely building, actual by the roadside and best to give descriptions for people going Lugard road in ikoyi. The technology in the building is awesome

Beautiful structure. But the managers of the building need to pay attention to the stairwells. They are usually filthy, and remain overlooked by cleaners. Those who prefer to take the stairs for fitness reasons do not like this about Heritage Place
