This is a total rip off. A dollar to send one email and another 2 bucks for your camper to write back. Technical problems and poor service. Use the US postal service instead. Tell your camp director not to do it.

Not sure why such bad reviews. ...if your camper goes away for one week .this is perfect...been using it for 3 years now never had a problem ...people complaining about the price ? If you can afford to send your child to summer camp you can afford this ! About to use bunk notes now to write to my camper and going to bed happy knowing she'll get it tomorrow morning
