This bank is anchored in the 19th century. After going several times I finally go to the cashier's office to close an account and the man at the counter looks at me with the face of not wanting to do his job and that it is better to go to the original branch because it will take a long time (I was alone ) I decide to wait for me, no smile. I do not understand how instead of serving their customers they do everything possible so that you do not disturb them.
