Everything! The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Really relaxed, family style atmosphere but doesn't stop your ability to work like some places. Management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions.

This company will NOT stop emailing their hot lists to recruiters. Not only have I received a ton of their hot list emails over the years, but each time I do I CALL the recruiter and make him take my name/email off his list while we're on the phone. Then I forward the email to the FTC in violation...

In all seriousness; do "hot lists" ever work? In my opinion this approach to recruiting is extremely lazy at best. I can't imagine that Anil Kumar Geragani is the only person at Avco Consulting that takes this "spam" approach. But I'm cool with passing the blame to him...
