They can't take their due dilligence very seriously, as they're harbouring fraudsters, who've hacked a retailers email account, stole their identity and diverted a payment from us to the retailer, to this financial institution. Maybe even a case for the Financial Conduct Authority?

I've been scammed by speedycontainers.co.uk and guess who they hold an account with and hasn't signed up to the the new Banking code to protect consumers. I don't understand how this financial institution is still trading. I will be speaking to the financial ombudsman regarding this.

I have a Cashplus Gold card which I rarely use.

Tried to dispute this through transition they said they cannot do much as the supplier refused to update my account. Seriously I just don t get it. And they want to become an official Bank?
