Besides being at 1 Infinite Loop, I wasn't overly impressed with this store compared to others. It's cool to say I've been here, but nothing very out of the ordinary.

We went because my nieces from Japan wanted to see it, but it wasn't anything too special. We did take pics n stuff.

Well it's an Apple store... Nothing special really. But if you are around step by, worth the visit

Mini Apple Store at the HQ.

Very average however there seems to be a few unique gift items available.

For an Apple Store experience visit the stores in any big city, they'll be much more impressive and possibly include more products.

Would be nice if there was more of a museum or genuinely special items to buy.

Nice of Apple to make the effort to provide something for customers visiting the HQ. Makes a point of how much they believe in the generic Apple Store format.

Presumably the the store will move to Apple's super HQ nearby.

A normal Apple Store with a few extra items. It doesn't have much to do, there is no structure for tourism. It's much more worth going to the computer museum, there you can see the first iPod, the Lisa and the first Mac. At Apple, you can't access anything and you don't have much to see

This Apple Store just has more items such as pens and t-shirts, but other than that they sell the same items as other Apple Stores. The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly.

When we entered the infinity loop security was very rude and forced us out immediately. Not answering any questions and being generally unpleasant. It was just entrance to the main lobby, not Pentagon for God's sake. Glad I'm not an Apple buyer.

Apple headquarters, there are merchandising items there. You won't find it anywhere.

Limited products such as mugs and pens are available, but if you say, it is a normal Apple store. The inside of the store was not as large as I expected. When purchasing a product, call the clerk in charge and make payment on the spot. There is no counter.

Nothing much to see other than apple logos and a store.

The Macbook Pro got manufacturing issue right the next day after warranty was expired. Apple is refusing to fix because it doesnt provide free reapir program for 2017 Macbook pros. This is very upsetting! Because all the work and studies cannot be done because of this fault. Also, repairing is 550$ which is unaffordable for students like me. I would like to raise this problem!!!!! Very in satisfied with the current Apple product.

If you are going to know the place as much you can get a picture with the poster.

Be careful when calling for support! You are really giving your personal information including credit card number to some random person sitting in their home being paid $10/hr to take your call. You think youre talking to Apple but you are really talking to a completely un-vetted person sitting in their house slaving for a company called Kelly Services. And they are the worst company ever. Think twice before giving over personal info. I wouldnt give these people my credit card number!

Apple products stink. constantly break. been on the phone for 3 hrs now and transferred 10 times. i will never buy another apple product. I wish i could give them negative stars. cannot post without giving one star.

There's not much to see on the Apple Infinity Loop. However, you can purchase items that are only sold at the main store at the Apple Store.

Now that Steve Jobs is gone Apple is already selling defective, junk, computers, and they don't seem to care. I guess that s the only way they know how to increase profits now that their genius is gone. The fan in my IMAC is out of control. My IMAC is slightly over the warranty period and Apple tells me its my problem. I paid top dollar for an Apple product and I ended up with cheep junk. The repair center tells me that it needs to be making the noises when they look at it. The problem is that the noise is sporadic. I discovered from shaking the computer out of frustration that the fan operates normally for a while. The next computer I buy will be a different brand. If you own Apple Stock this may be a good time to sell it. The new management is no Steve Jobs.

Excellent service! I needed help setting up my new iPhone 8 Plus and download the backup of my previous phone and they were very helpful.

A standard Apple Store, The staff is friendly. Almost every other item is available on store.
Parking is a little bit cramped up but you'll get one

The sales reps here seemed extremely friendly compared to the other stores. This place was recently renovated and opened to public. Don't forget to click a picture near the 1 Infinite Loop signage right outside the store when you visit this store.

A classic Apple store with some very expensive goodies (pen at $ 35, t-shirt at $ 35 ..)

Surprisingly, you can't get products repaired here, but you can at any other Apple Store.

Have shirts and water bottles and other brands merchandise that most other Apple stores don't have. Always busy.

Worst customer service ever. Been having problem with my mac pro for the past year and half they keep in giving me bs reasons and never fixed it. Managers are only good at covering their technicians mistake by giving them bs excuses. Never coming back there again and i only hope #apple Corporation would question the customer service at oak brook il location soon.

Variety of food choices - almost every major cuisine type under one roof. There are options for healthy food and some packed to go boxes too. Expect to wait in long wait lines. The obvious caveat is that you need to be an Apple employee or need to know one haha.

The company is so sweet when it says no... Beats headphones are sometimes defective but the company wants $129 to replace them. OH MY GOSH Apple what is wrong with this picture.

I have to give their customer service credit, they are so polite but the company thinks it is ok to charge 65% of the cost of a product to replace when defective.

Just so you know what your competition is doing.. My Bose headphones broke after 4 years and they replaced them at no charge with an apology letter..
My Fitbit watch broke after 2 years and they replaced it at no charge. Then they called me back to make sure I was happy.

Premium products should get premium support especially when it is defective not physically damaged.

It's average. Just like any other apple store. It is popular with the tourist. They love taking pictures of the apple sign outside the store ( )

Nothing special, Google Campus is much more interesting and cool

Thanks Apple, I get why people like your products (they are very intuitive), but the lack of freedom in the Apple ecosystem is not for me.

There is really not much to see as you need to be a guest to get inside. And there is no iconic sign really to take a picture of.

Fun place to stop by and visit. Be careful of the security guards. They can be annoying when you are trying to take pictures by the signs.

Idiotic. It's sad to see this place still standing. This is the place who mistreats their own workers, has their own Gishtopo, and lies to customers. There platform is pure garbage, and they are dark. If someone flew a plane into the building (with no one inside) That would be the best day of my life.

A bunch of smiling appleheads, workers and customers. Giant monitor with a mesmerizing motion graphic had these appleheads entranced, one guy with his mouth open and tongue hanging out.
Otherwise I was able to find a convenient location to online shop for Apple products which I can't use.

Apple visitor centre, no public entrance inside offices..people can have a visit to apple store which is smaller compared to apples own store across the world. Photo oportunities at the apple signage and scenic campus.Finding parking slot is a bit difficult .Whole weekdays visitir parking mostly will be full and you have to go from one sector to sector lookimg for a slot whoch may end up in long walk back to the store or signage.
Overall a good place to see where world os changing .

There may be a few T-shirts that are only here. It is not new in the degree.

As usual with Apple, the retail experience here was fantastic. Staff will be at the entrance to greet you when you enter. On top of offering a wide selection of Apple products, they also sell merchandise like Apple Shirts, Apple Watch Bands, and Swell Water bottles. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone. This store lacks a Genius Bar, though.

All Apple devices are in display. Quick Service. Used two different cards to purchase iPhone SE.

Kids will never forget this place and would like to visit again

Among the many products, other Apple stores can also buy it. Only T-shirts and apple cups are only available here. So I bought a white cup made in Japan as a souvenir. Go back to the residence and open it. It is far from the quality of Foxconn in China. The Apple logo is crooked! The next day I drove back to change a cup that was not crooked. The staff was very enthusiastic and changed it without any difficulty. Before going out this time, let's first check whether the Japanese workers have posted wrongly.

Interesting for fans, of course - but you can't get into the building because, like us , you are politely but definitely stopped at the 2nd door by the security ...
To the right of the main entrance is an Apple store, where you can also buy one-off Apple T-shirts.
