Was told I was part of a settlement dealing with Dish network and was given two checks, both checks were denied by my bank, tried a different account to wire the funds, they have an issue because it's not the type of account they like. Which others don't have a problem with. I even tried to cash the said checks at a check cashing place and they were denied there as well, so there is a bunch a red flags with this group. And I called the bank they use, the bank is legit but something is wrong with the account. They get upset with you when you call them out on a lie. So yes I rated them unprofessional and would give them no stars if I could.

Update: And yet they continue to lie even when they respond to their reviews. And yes they are correct on one thing I don't won't to be bothered ever again. And they don't need to bother responding to this update either.

Update 2: Didn't even cash the check and get sent tax forms for the check. Stupidest thing I have ever seen.

I am a class member in the Madjipour vs. range rover lawsuit. I have sent at least 15 emails and I have received one response so far. I just want to know when the claims are going to be paid out. THE CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT WAS GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL IN MAY. ITS NEARLY SEPT 1 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD. After reading these post I scared I will get a check and it will bounce or be NSF. Its unimaginable that this administrator would even send someone a check and then it would be an NSF check. There has to be some type of law that these administrators must abide by . Why are they still in business ?

Angieon contacted me concerning class action against LG refrigerators having cooling problems. This happened to me twice so I completed the forms per instructions and emailed back Sept 29, 2020, October 5, 2020 finally received a confirmation number. Then contacted them March 28 and for and update April 13- no responses. Like some of the other reviews it really seems like a scam. Failure to communicate is the primary reason for this. Maybe they should periodically send out an update email blast to all clients...

Called there 7 times to ask a simple question about info they omitted on a form that I needed to file my taxes. They are only working from home and I had to leave messages. NO ONE ever bothered to call me back! Wish they were negative stars available.

If you receive a class action lawsuit notice from this company, don't engage. I just received a class action notice for which I qualify for, but this company is only looking for your information. Just read their privacy policy. Other people who have even gotten as far as to receive a check from this shady company say they have bounced. If you're going to pursue a class action suit, do so on your own terms, not through these guys. Simply reading their privacy policy for the website they set up for the suit is disgusting. This is a data collection agency, and nothing more.

Settlement on behr paint 4 years ago and have heard nothing

I recently received an email about the Apple lawsuit for the powerbeats 2 headphones. All links and articles I read seem to legitimize case this so I started filling out the info. Seeing the name, I started to research this company. Because I never heard of it. and they wanted either paypal or my bank info. Or they can simply send a check.
After seeing reviews I don't think I will fill out the form. Also, it looks like I may only get $38 if I don't have a receipt or $76 NET if I have a receipt.

SCAM

These guys sent me a settlement form for the Apple battery class action lawsuit. I purchased 3 older iphones and filled out a claim for each back in Sept/2020. They claim you will receive $25 for each phone submitted. So far NOTHING. Calling their business line results in a lengthy voicemail message ending with asking you to leave a message. It immediately hangs up so you can't do so.

Disappointing to say the least considering if this is real, it seems they have no plans to render check to anyone. I think they are the ones whom we should initiate a class action lawsuit against.

Just received an email regarding a class action lawsuit involving Airgas LLC. After reading the comments below, it appears that this "law group" is a scam. Thanks everyone for posting the reviews!

I am very concerned that you can't get ahold of a person I have called, and sent emails. If I get no response maybe someone should start a class action against this firm. I count more than 3 uncompensated people.
