Angieon contacted me concerning class action again...

Angieon contacted me concerning class action against LG refrigerators having cooling problems. This happened to me twice so I completed the forms per instructions and emailed back Sept 29, 2020, October 5, 2020 finally received a confirmation number. Then contacted them March 28 and for and update April 13- no responses. Like some of the other reviews it really seems like a scam. Failure to communicate is the primary reason for this. Maybe they should periodically send out an update email blast to all clients...
