If you receive a class action lawsuit notice from this company, don't engage. I just received a class action notice for which I qualify for, but this company is only looking for your information. Just read their privacy policy. Other people who have even gotten as far as to receive a check from this shady company say they have bounced. If you're going to pursue a class action suit, do so on your own terms, not through these guys. Simply reading their privacy policy for the website they set up for the suit is disgusting. This is a data collection agency, and nothing more.
