These guys sent me a settlement form for the Apple battery class action lawsuit. I purchased 3 older iphones and filled out a claim for each back in Sept/2020. They claim you will receive $25 for each phone submitted. So far NOTHING. Calling their business line results in a lengthy voicemail message ending with asking you to leave a message. It immediately hangs up so you can't do so.

Disappointing to say the least considering if this is real, it seems they have no plans to render check to anyone. I think they are the ones whom we should initiate a class action lawsuit against.
