Our closing began Dec 24th Lender ALEX RICO CHANG procrastinated preparing documents, because he was on vacation. Poor communication. Used wrong social for 2 weeks before we as the buyers continuously kept checking status & calling VA learned there was a discrepancy. Alex insisted it was his teams fault, the Va s fault, & ours. So our closing was pushed back from Jan 25th to Jan 29. Alex requested documents the day OF closing, which led to our closing being pushed back AGAIN to Feb 4th bc of their lack of effort. Which we didn t find out until 2 hours before our closing time the DAY OF after continually being reassured everything was done !! It s been an absolute nightmare. Do NOT work with them, especially ALEX. He lied, pointed fingers, procrastinated, & took zero accountability. Just the worst.

We have been wanting to refinance our VA loan for so long and we're glad we decided to go with this company. They are responsive and closed our loan quickly. They made it very easy for us. I've used American Mortgage Network for several loans. Yes several because I've been more than satisfied with each loan. The process was easy and they were able to get some loans done that many other lenders couldn't. I highly recommend them.
Dual military couple transferring overseas with 2 dogs and 5 suitcases. Arrives to be told were pushing back closing because they were unprepared. Stayed in a hotel for 10 days because we got pushed back each day. Was not taken care of at all, as our agent forgot to mention he was on vacation while processing everything. Spent over $1000 on hotel and expenses and had to board my 2 dogs for $500 for 10 days. Would not recommend.
