Scheduling with Alex was a breeze! He was very friendly and worked around my schedule! I will for sure be using AHR for all my AC needs!

From my first phone call to AHR to the completion of the initial service, it was top drawer. Got an email reminder of the service date, a short bio of the service technician being sent to do the work, and an on-time arrival.
Chris Reeves was our service tech and was very polite, patient with my questions, and informative. Was very careful moving his ladder around the house (which my wife appreciated).
I came upon AHR by seeing their truck in the neighborhood, and since I wasn't thrilled with my previous HVAC service company. I gave them a call. I think I found a real winner. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

I had Derek Franke out today to perform my fall maintenance....and what a pleasure it was having him here.
He was very informative and showed pictures of concerns he had with my unit.
He did a great job of cleaning my blower wheel and compartment (with before and after pictures) and also installed me a surge protector to help protect my electrical components. He also informed us of things we may need to pay attention to, and things that may be needed in the future but for now the unit is running great!
It was obvious that he was very educated in his profession by how thorough he was, and how well he explained things.
I highly recommend AHR and Derek! We look forward to having him service our unit for years to come! DEREK ONLY PLEASE! :)

We have been using AHR for a lot of years and have always had positive results. But yesterday when it was 105 degrees our air conditioning decided to quit working. I called AHR and even though we live out in the rural county area, they were out within an hour or so. Chris was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and tried to explain everything he did to solve our issue. Thanks for fixing our system, thanks for having great service and thanks for all your employees who do a really super job.

I really appreciate these guys. They know their business. Besides making sure everything is working correctly now they let you know when things are getting to a point of letting go so you can either fix it now or know to prepare for it.

AHR was recommended to us by my parents, and grandparents, who have been using AHR for decades! We have had nothing but great experiences with them. We purchased a new home last year and had them come to check out the 19 year-old unit. They told us the unit looked great for its age and they didn t need to do anything. Our bill was $0!!!! Then a year later, our unit had some minor issues on the first 110 degree day. They came out after hours and repaired it quickly. They are amazing, honest and professional. I highly recommend.

I have been a "Cactus Club" member for the past 4 years. AHR helped me through some tough misconfigurations from the initial installers....not caused by them. I renewed my Cactus Club membership for 5 years. Today they came for their semi annual inspection. I was surprised they recommended 3 different replacements to the toon of ~$800. I was able to get a second opinion and most of the recommended actions were not justified. I provided minimal information to the alternative vendor. I am truly disappointed by these results. I am on the hook until 2021 with AHR but will be cautious with any suggested recommendations for service. Also, the quoted prices for today's suggestions were out of line from the second opinion.

By far THE BEST A/C company I have ever had at my house!!! Scott was very professional, explained everything in detail in an educated manner and NOT RUSHED! He truly was sincere and concerning about my a/c unit. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Thanks Dave for referring them to me. And to think what I would've ended up with knowing the variety of company's out here in the desert.

Recently, my wife and I decided to replace our air conditioners (2) and heating units(2) so we called four prominent companies in the area to give us bids. We were impressed with A H R s bid, products and personnel. A H R s were on time, professional, efficient and courteous. Because my attic entrance way is very small, the area around the entrance suffered some damage due to lowering and raising equipment through this small space. After the installation job was completed, one of the installers returned and repaired my attic entrance way. A month after the installation, we discovered the air condition unit was running almost constantly. We call A H R Mechanic Services and a repair person was dispatched the next day. Again we got efficient and expert service for the problem was diagnosed and the repair part ordered. On the date scheduled, the repairman returned with the proper part, installed it, checked to insure that everything was operating properly.
It is a pleasure doing business with A H R Mechanic Services.

I've used AHR to service my homes over the years and they continue to provide the highest quality service with staff that are informative and honest with their customers. Chris Reeves (...not the Superman one) took all the time I needed to explain the issues and answer my questions in a straight-forward fashion in a clear and concise manner. Chris Reeves from AHR Mechanical recently performed a service check up and coil cleaning on my AC unit and the service couldn't have been more pleasant. Chris was great at explaining everything, on time and the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies. My unit is performing better and I feel confident AHR will keep my AC cooling the house all summer! Before a friend recommended AHR I had spent more than 2 weeks, on and off, waiting for repairs for a unit that never got repaired. Then the professionals at AHR came by and fixed the issue right away. They were on time and polite, as well as competent.

the two young men who repaired my air conditioner were neat and efficient. they were very nice and friendly and made the visit pleasant.

I have used AHR Mechanical Services for three years now. Darold visited my home on 12/08/2017 to install a new thermostat (based on a lengthy phone call with me, Darold determined the thermostat was probably no longer working and needed to be replaced). After inspecting my heating system, Darold determined that the thermostat had been damaged by an issue that was caused by the AHR tech that had visited my home in mid-November to conduct the fall inspection. Darold corrected the mistakes caused in mid-November and did not charge me for any of the work Darold performed to get my heat pump back in working order.

Had Derrick out today, Nov 22, 2019, to determine e why the furnace would not turn on and why the thermostat had error messages. He tested the system and determined its was a faulty thermostat, which was replaced. Derrick was courteous, clean,listened and followed appropriate steps plus did various tests to assure the system was operating correctly. A good AHR representative .

AHR was great. Came during the time appointed, did all the work with no muss and fuss on my interior blower and outdoor A/C, and then quickly installed a new WiFi thermostat in the house. V happy with their services.

When a bad review is left, then a family member of the company leaves a five star review right after that, you should probably think twice about ignoring the bad review.
UNBELIEVABLE what just happened here!!!! Especially in the dead of summer. So much for customer service. Mike, who identified himself as the owner of this company could NOT have been more rude if he tried. We have ONLY used this company at our business for years and when we had an issue, because the cooler went out (that was replaced last summer) With the type of industry we work in, it's IMPOSSIBLE to run the business. We would have to shut down for the week which is not even an option.
In a nutshell, the technician came out, said we needed a new motor and it would take a few days too order. Really? He said we needed to talk to Mike about this. We did so and he was very blunt, rude, arrogant and said he needs his tech out on other calls and cant help us today. I was pretty shocked. We even asked if WE went up the street to buy the motor could the tech put it in? Once again NO... I think the thing that disgusts me the most right now is just how he spoke to our owner. We MUST have air today. NOT NEXT WEEK or later in the week, but TODAY...and this was very possible, because we were even willing to do half of their work by going to a place and buying one.
END RESULT: My guys went and bought a motor, stopped production on our business and installed it themselves. We are up and running cool air now, however my company, the entire industrial complex I work in and anyone we know, I will absolutely NOT recommend this place. It's actually very sad that they did that. Good luck!

My husband and I signed up for the SRP (our electric company) $65.95 summer air conditioning check up and Randy from AHR Mechanical came to our house to do it. He was fantastic! He let my husband (I'm afraid of heights!) accompany him to the roof and patiently answered all questions as he went thru each step of the inspection. He told us what would need to be replaced and when but didn't pressure us to buy anything from his company. I definitely would recommend anyone who needs a thorough, professional and honest evaluation of their air conditioner.

I have worked with AHR Mechanical for almost 10 years. The owner Michael Jagoda personally went over HVAC options with us when our old unit died in 2005 and got us what I feel was the best possible option within our budget. Over this past ten years I have found this company to be consistently honest, reliable and easy to contact. Overall a great family-owned company in the valley.

We have been clients for 30 years. AHR does quality work and stands behind their products. We would not consider any other heating and cooling service. The service we had this week was HVAC maintenance. The tech arrived early wearing a mask and shoe covers. He completed the work in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Would rate the service a 5 on a 1-5 scale (5 being exceptional).

We had a duct "separation" at a T Junction in out attic. I tried to tape it up to get us though the summer, but my patch job wasn't hold. AHR gave me an estimate and came out and fixed it. They came in under the original estimate. Each time I have used AHR for my AC, I have been very pleased and happy with their service. They definitely have a loyal customer from me.

AHR Mechanical did an inspection today and found some serious issues. Nate was our technician and I explained my mom just came home from the hospital and she wasnt doing the best and she has very strict rules on how things should go ...lol. He was extremely patient kind friendly knowledgeable and professional. He made a very difficult situation turn out extra great. Nate also gave us several options so we could afford the repairs and a great quote on a new unit should we decide to go that route. He called his office and I spoke with the manager and the accounts receivable person and both were so pleasant and nice to deal with. It made my mom very happy and she said they were very honest and honorable. She liked Nate a lot and said there are many companies who take advantage of seniors but she completely trusted Nate with his sweet and professional disposition. We have used a few companies over the 20 years because she likes to compare but we always come back to AHR because why use others when AHR always does the best and have the best people. Others in the past have not been honorable and took advantage of her with pricing and not being truthful. She said shes now comfortable never trying anyone else and will just let me call AHR. Everyone there we have worked with over the years have been great but I hope Nate continues with AHR!

AHR is always reliable, quick to respond to my calls for assistance and highly ethical in their business practices. They have been my go to A/C and Heating company for many, many years.

They came out right away and kept working even when it started raining. One guy blocked the rain while the other guy welded the repair. Great service and friendly!

Omar came out as scheduled and explained what the actual problem was and made recommendations for it to not happen in the future. The invoice even had the same explanation for the issue and recommendations on it so I could keep it for my records. The next day I thought my furnace had broken down again simply because it was so quiet. Will not use any other company. These people do what they say they are going to do and for a reasonable price. Awesome experience from the initial call to completing the job.

I Had Derek Franke here today, 11/21/19, to help fix the heating side of my heat pump. Not only was he thorough and very informative, he clearly explained the issue and fixed it in no time! He is a true asset to this company and I hope he services my unit from here on out.

The AIR FAMILY ARE THE BEST. Our air went out on a Saturday and within 30 minutes they were there to fix it. They got it working and came back on Monday and Tuesday to fine tune everything.

We had an annual service done by AHR which was sponsored by SRP. The technician was thorough and let us know about the problem we were having with our unit without trying to sell us anything. He told us how we should best pursue the repairs as it was still under warranty and what type of costs we should expect. He was correct in all the information he gave us. I was really impressed with the time he took to explain the problem and give me honest answers.

When we first moved here to Arizona 8 years ago - I checked out the reviews for AHR which were very encouraging. When they first came - we were definitely impressed with the technicians and service. After they came and said everything looked good, our next door neighbors had a different company come a day later to their house. Their technician said they would give us a free service inspection. After the inspection, they told us 3 different problems we had but they could fix them for a considerable amount of money. Thus, we have continued our service with AHR and continue to be impressed over the years.
We were glad to see that our technician was Christian who came again this year. We highly recommend him and this very impressive family run business that does not have technicians that receive a commission.

AHR technician Omar came out for our end of summer AC service. Omar is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We'll make sure to request Omar for any future service.
