Had Derrick out today, Nov 22, 2019, to determine e why the furnace would not turn on and why the thermostat had error messages. He tested the system and determined its was a faulty thermostat, which was replaced. Derrick was courteous, clean,listened and followed appropriate steps plus did various tests to assure the system was operating correctly. A good AHR representative .
