Great skiing in Avoriaz. Was nice to have the all in price so we knew that there were no hidden extras. Ski passes waiting at the apartment was a nice touch. recommend the british ski school there.
Nice shiny new Montane jacket, exactly what I wanted. Talk about great comms, the picker, packer and poster emailed me on progress. Really good service
The service from absolutely snow and Duncan was terrible. We had to chase for every part of the booking. The hotel was changed at the last minute, and did not have the promised facilities.
Duncan has not replied to our emails since.

Among many failures sorting out our ski break to Andorra in Feb 2018, Duncan failed to book the pre-paid ski school, and has promised to repay me ever since. He has employed what seems to me to be ever more elaborate ways to stall paying the refund. Needless to say no refund...
I must start by saying that Duncan and Sarah were both lovely on the phone but the service they provided was useless. I would have been better off booking everything myself, at least then I would have known what to expect.

What a fantastic hotel, the hosts were what you'd hope for, friendly, attentive, genuine, and suppliers of fantastic food and wine.
All rooms on-suite, a Hot-tub, and Ski-bus stop virtually on the doorstep....

Just booked our fifth holiday with Absolutely. Stumbled across them on holiday on Anglesey. They know their stuff and come in quite a bit cheaper than Crystal for their holidays to Andorra. Have done Andorra four times trying Trysil this next half term.
Went to Grandvalira, Andorra with Duncan. Very good service, easy steps and would definitely recommend.
This company introduced me to Andorra in 2017, then Baqueira in 2018 and Trysil 2019. I have nothing but praise for the service they provided me and my family.
